This request kicked me in the ass in a major way. At least 10 hours went into this:

Move over Celebi, there’s a new guardian of the forest.

(A single definite fact: Its tail can grow literally any plant species on it. After that, I would love some fan ideas for names, story, etc. and fanart!)
