When I was little, I made my father play Pokémon with me; not the games, but more of a live action variant. And because he didn’t know any of them by name, he invented his own. I don’t exactly remember its name, but I believe it was something along the lines of “Slipski.” It was a snake/eel of sorts that was so slippery that it could never be caught, and it also used skis as a method or transportation (my dad is a huge skiing nut.) 
I decided to recreate that Pokémon as part of my Dad’s present.
